I am here today to talk to you about the love that comes to you from the divine through the heart. Many of you have felt this love as a tiny spark that comes from within. When you focus your attention on the heart centre and see the beautiful light there you can increase this tiny spark to a fire of love and light so intense and spectaular it takes your breath away. When you sit quietly, breathe in deeply and allow this light to develop, to spread all around the heart area you will feel this deeply peaceful restful calm and bliss come over you as you connect with your divine presence, your I AM, this source of uncondtional love that knows no boundaries. Once you are connected to this stream of consciousness, this LOVE energy will give you the power to create loving situations around you, to manifest your dreams for your highest potential, to feel fulfilled, abundant, loved wise and happy. This is your reward.
We will connect to this amazing source of LOVE that is your divine counterpart, that is working all the time for your highest good. This source can de-stress your life, can move mountains and can change your life for the better if you will allow it.
HEART MEDITATION
Sitting comfortably, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in. Now take your focus, your attention from the top of your head slowly down to your heart. If you are having any trouble doing this, imagine a ball of light on the top of your head moving down your spinal column within you and coming to rest in the heart centre. Any thoughts that come to you at this time, allow yourself to just watch them float away as if on clouds.
You are now in a beautiful space within the heart centre. Imagine yourself floating in a pool of beautiful crystal clear blue water with the most amazing waterfall flowing into this crystal clear pool. Float, swim, jump, play, relax and enjoy. Gradually as you relax you will see this waterfall as more than just water. It begins to change colour and glow. It is made up of light - gold and silver sparkles and you start to feel the most amazing LOVE energy emanating from this waterfall of light and LOVE This is the divine flow from source direct to you and connects you to your own God within, your higher self, you own divine I AM presence, your own christ light. We are all part of the whole and your connection now is being stabilised reconnected and made present within you for all time. This connection has always been there for you and for those of you that have not been aware of it, it is brought into your outer awareness, your current consciousness for you to feel, enjoy and BE part of the ONENESS, connected to all life, the whole and part of unity consciousness. Feel that flow of love and light wash anew all discordance in your lives, all negativity, all stress in your thoughts and feelings and know that your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are being cleansed completely. This purifying from source energy of white light and love enables you to connect completely with your own divine inner guidance more completely. Say hello, talk to your I AM PRESENCE, feel its energy. Ask this source a question and wait to hear the answer. Know and trust what comes back to you. This liquid light is a substance that has magical qualities for whatever you need at this time ie: cleansing, creating, manifesting, bringing truth and wisdom to any given situation.
