Let go of the old and in with the new. A good saying for you to be reminded of again today. The past is past and often it is difficult to move on with your lives if you cling to the old ways and old patterns. Moving forward is part of life, of your journey at this time. It stops you getting stagnant, bored, frustrated. It means that change is important for you to recognise as opportunities to do something that can fulfill your potential, live out your greatest dream and complete your soul's purpose. Your soul is always guiding you and it only takes a short time to sit and listen to what your soul is trying to say to you. It could be a still small voice or a dream or vision or a symbol or something a friend says that really resonates with you. This is your soul trying to connect with you.


What is it you really want in life? Where do you see yourself in 6 months, a year, 5 years? You must dream those dreams, have a vision, a goal and then be in the present moment to listen to the whispers and take the action to attain your desires. Letting go is the first step to your dreams. the second step is following your heart. What is your passion, what excites you, what makes your heart sing? What would you most like to do with your life? How can you be happier and what needs to change? Know that you can change your life if you are unhappy with parts of it. The WAY of the HEART is to follow what is right for you. This is not selfish as a lot of people think. It is self-centred, loving yourself. How can you give out if you youself have nothing left. A wise woman waters her own garden first and it is better to give from a full cup than an empty one. Find the middle path of balance and harmony, the PATH of the HEART. Everything becomes clear when you ask the HEART.

Heart Meditiation

Sit in the silence and ask your heart what to do, what is for your highest good. Ask it questions. It can give you yes and no answers if not more. You have all the answers inside you. Just sit and listen and don't forget to wrap LOVE energy from the heart around you. You are loved beyond measure. Know it, believe it and LOVE yourself.

I am coming to you today for a very specific reason. Your place in the world may be about to change, to move, to appear different. You may be moving, separating from a partner, taking retirement, going through a health challenge or taking a different role in your working life or a change of direction completely. Every change in life brings difficulty and sometimes hardship while you are moving through that change and coming out of your comfort zone. Letting go of the old:- feelings, thoughts, memories, clutter and bringing in the new. It is sometimes more difficult when you still don't know what the future will bring.

I want you to know that the future will bring such wonderful rewards once you have let go of all the old (stuff) that no longer serves you now and you focus on the new opportunities, possibilities, abundance and LOVE that is yours by right. It can be likened to death and rebirth:- a phoenix rising from the ashes and everything you do is supported by the LOVE energy. Let your thoughts and movements now be supported by the LOVE that flows from the heart; that LOVE that guides you, that warms you and gives you peace. Know in your heart how much this LOVE energy nurtures and heals you. Be in the present moment and trust the future will be exaxctly what is right for you and trust this LOVE, this connection to Source. Remember we are all ONE, all connected at that core level and we can be reborn.

Hello. My main focus today is balance:- between light and dark, good and bad, masculine and feminine, positive and negative, yin and yang, duality and unity, black and white, expansion and contraction, fear and excitement, anger and peace, pleasure and pain, LOVE and hate. Today is the equinox when the days are equally as long as the nights, so today is a good day to think about balance between opposites. Let your mind wander to times when you have experienced both. It is not easy to expereince both at the same time. It is usually one or the other. Once you understand that we need both the good and the bad to make the whole, the dark and the light, the LOVE and the hate so that we can create the balance and feel the harmony and peace within. Once you have experienced the lower energy and the consequences of the actions taken at that time then you strive for the better feeling, the LOVE the peace, the light. You can move towards unity, wholeness, complete balance, ONENESS. It is a wonderful goal to aim for.

So mamy of you now are beginning to realise Love is not what you think it is. At first when you meet someone it is so beautiful, the first flush of love, rose pink glasess when everthing does indeed look pink ( because it is). Everythng is wonderful but then what you thought was LOVE fades as your partner lets you down or you feel the need to move on for whatever reason and you feel the pain of loss. This is part of learning the human experience of LOVE.


LOVE itself transcends these highs and lows. LOVE is much deeper and underlies everything you do. It immerses itself in you, in your relationships and your everyday life. When LOVE is not there, you feel cut off, lonely, fearful and aggressive. This is because you have cut yourself off from the Source of human kindness. Your connection to GOD has been severed.


Once you start to really connect to GOD through the Heart and bring that LOVE through in an energetic stream of consciousness, your feelings, your health, your relationships will change and everything will materialise for you that you have ever wanted:- Loving equal partner, much health, wealth and abundance, beautiful place to live, fullfilling work, happy friends and family relationships and peaceful world situations. Much laughter, happiness, kindness, nurturing, joy, peace and bliss will enfold your lives even more than you can imagine now. Let your hearts fill with the violet pink ray of light and LOVE, cleansing, purification and Soul LOVE. A LOVE that fills you up from the tiniest cell to the biggest aura around you, you can imagine. Let it in and you will fly.

So many of you wish for love in your lives but the only way to get a loving relationship is to love yourselves first. You can love yourselves by calling in the violet pink ray through your heart and let it enfold any past relationships that have ended badly for you and left you with issues, negative thoughts or feelings about a partner and men/or women in general. These do not fit with a vision you have of an equal balanced happy loving relationship with a partner. So let the LOVE energy do its job and transmute those old issues, memories, thoughts & feelings to do with your past partners. Then let it help you to accept all the different parts of yourself that you may not like but can't change. When you can LOVE and ACCEPT all of yourself wholeheartedly, a loving relationship can then come into your life.

Let go of all your worries and just go outside and sit in a quiet place under the trees in the sun if you can and contemplate all the things in your life you can be grateful for. Count them on your fingers, or go over them in your mind or you can even make a list. I know some of you love lists. Just let as many things as possible just flow into your mind. When you have finished, just sit quietly contemplating how many things in your life you have to be grateful for and give thanks and blessings to Mother/Father God, the Creator Source, All that is. This is such a powerful thing to do in your life as regularly as you can, even daily, because once you are grateful for something, the more of that something can flow in to you. So if a cheque for £13 arrives in the post out of the blue you could think Oh! I wasn't expecting that but I wish it was more, then you are blocking off the flow by not being grateful. If you say Oh! I wasn't expecting that but I am so grateful. What a BLESSING then with your gratitude you are inviting more abundance to come in. Manifesting is easy when you are in the flow of LOVE and balanced in the heart, grateful for everything in your life.

Let me explain to you an instance:-

You are free of anger, perversity, resentment, fear etc. You feel LOVE all the time. You LOVE and nurture yourself and feel LOVE for all those around you, ie. your partner, your parents, your children, your syblings, your friends and everybody else you come in contact with. You have compassion and kindness for people. You are happy with your life, your work, your situations and your home. You create much abundance in your life through doing work you love with a passion and find exciting. People share what they have. You are healthy, wealthy, happy and accepting of who you are and what you have done. You have let go a long while ago of all the old ways of being and created a new world. The world at large and each country in it are peaceful, all getting on well, working together and sharing resources for the good of all. You all care about Mother Earth and its animals, birds, trees, plants and it's resources and work with her to preserve them.

How do you think this feels? What would it be like to live in a new world like this? How happy can one possibly be? How blissful? How peaceful and calm? There are no words to describe how good it could be. Do you realise you can all have this by coming into the heart and working with the LOVE that flows from there, the Creator's LOVE, God's LOVE, Goddess' LOVE. I can help you. Look back through this blog and practice one of the simple LOVE Meditations that I have described there. They are all similar so choose one that suits you best. It is easy and when you ask for my help it is even easier. Your reality can be changed so quickly if you so wish it.

Much has been achieved through the efforts of this chanel over the past few weeks. Now it is time to start in earnest. Be at peace and listen. Many people need to feel an imprint now of celestial LOVE to realign their chakra membranes. This is a process of being present with the celestial LOVE energy found in these pages.

Sit quietly and ask that your chakra membranes be realigned with an influx of celestial LOVE from the heart. Be aware of LOVE energy flowing out of your HEART and going to each chakra in turn starting at the top and working down to the bottom. You will feel a pulling and a tingling at each chakra and this is fine. All is in order. This will enable you to cope with the everyday stresses and strains of earthly life and also the influx of less than calm energies coming in now. Know it will all gradually get a lot better. LOVE is the key to well-being now.

When you find yourself stuck in the past or you can't get past what someone did or said to you without it repeating in your head all the time, whether its a parent in childhood or a breakup with a partner or a row with a friend, the LOVE energy can help you. This LOVE from the heart can help you move on from this situation, this hurt, this bitterness, this resentment, this fear or this anger. If you keep hold of this energy for too long it can lead to dis-ease in the body and the physical cells. These cells hold the emotion that we have suppressed. By going into the past and remembering,and feeling the emotion and then bringing the LOVE energy in to heal it and bring about equilibrium and balance, you are able to let go, move on and heal the past.

Whenever you have a situation like this, it brings emotions for you to look at, feel and let go and also for the other person involved. This person is actually a mirror for you to look at what you are suppressing, unconscious of or in denial of. This person is a projection of your own consciousness. When we are able to do the healing of the emotional body, we are able to move on with our lives, free of the past, with healthy bodies and feelings. This also gives a real boost on our spiritual path and our connection to God/Goddess, Source, Creator, I AM presence and our connection to Universal Consciousness. We feel safe, protected, connected to LOVE, healthy, happy, balanced and in the flow.

Healing LOVE Meditation

Sit quietly now and breathe deeply 3 to 4 times, and go into meditative state. Now remember a situation in the past that keeps haunting you, that you can't forget and can't move on from even though you've tried. A situation that brings up a negative feeling of either hurt, anger, bitterness, resentment, fear, shame or guilt. Remember that situation and go into the feeling as deeply as you can. Now look at the other person and ask them what they are feeling. What emotion is it they are feeling at that time that they are mirroring back to you. Feel that also. Then say whatever it is that you feel to say to that person, maybe what you wished to say at the time but didn't. Maybe, I forgive you or I'm sorry or I thank you or I Love you. Then go into the Heart Centre, feel the LOVE energy and ask that LOVE energy to come into this situation and heal it. See the violet - pink hue coming from the heart and wrapping itself around and infusing the emotions of all parties involved with LOVE from the HEART and around the bodies and the whole situation. Feel that LOVE and ask that this emotional state be brought into balance and equilibrium and healed. Do this as many times as you need for each situation, feeling or person. You will be amazed at how much better you feel and how much quicker you can let go and move on. Emotions once you feel them automatically process out of you. Bringing in the LOVE energy brings about a deeper state of grace, well-being, healing and enlightenment.

I am aware that most of you have a lot of love in your hearts in certain situations, when you are with your loving partner especially at the beginning of a relationship once you "know" you love them and at many times later on, when that love matures and gets deeper. When your children or grandchildren are first born, what a miracle of birth and you feel the love flow so much in your heart. When the children are older and give you such unconditonal love flowing out to you in the glow in their eyes and their smiles and innocence. When your pets look at you with such unconditinal love in their eyes, or when you first come across a landscape that literally takes your breath away. This love that you feel is magical and can do so much more than you realise.

If you could take that love that you feel in these wonderful situations and spread it around when these situations turn sour, how much more quickly would you feel better in yourself . When you have a row with your partner or disagreement with your teenage child, or a squabble with your neighbour; when their is a separation and love turns to anger, resentment, bitterness even hate; when you are fighting a war for your country that you don't even believe in. These situations could be so improved if you just spread a little love around.

Go into your feeling centre and feel the anger, hurt, resentment or bitterness. Feel that emotion deeply then go into yuur heart centre and let the LOVE that you feel there come up and surround all your hurt feelings and the bitterness that curdles everything that you do; that turns black your thoughts, your words, your deeds and takes the enjoyment out of your life. It is all coloured by the darkness you have let fester there. Let it out, examine it, feel it and then surround it with the Love energy that you once had for that person, or that situation and let it go. Do not let it hurt you anymore by hanging on to it.

Use that LOVE energy to surround it and heal it. Imagine the person or situation being surrounded by pink, majenta, green, sparkly hues and see the situation or relationship resolving in the best way possible then let it go. Move on and keep your heart open and loving. This love can help you now more than you know. Let it surround all that you do from now on.

Tune in and recall what your wishes were for your future yet you thought in the past that this was like wishing for a knight in shining white armour - a fairy tale. If you connect to the WAY of the HEART and sit focusing on the heart area and feel the LOVE pouring through and then think about that dream, then the fairy tale becomes reality.
