You may summon me at any time to help with your problems. Sit in the quiet and go to the heart, call my name and I will come. You will start to feel a warmtn around your heart area and then gradually feel more uplifted. Let if flow from your heart to your feelings, your thoughts, your body and then the people in your house and those around you and even further. This problem you have, think about it, ask me for help with it and surrender to the flow of LOVE coming through the heart, then let it go. It will soon transpire that this problem has disappeared - no more to worry you. The LOVE energy dissipates, transmutes and changes the energy around a situation. It enfolds, embraces and creates a new situation of LOVE, compassion, nurturing, kindness, abundance and joy. From this energy, miracles occur. Believe in it, trust and see it happen before your very eyes. Know it inside. Even if you are sceptical of everything you have just read, let go of that scepticism for one moment and just try it and see what happens. Test it out for yourself. You may just be surprised.

Apart from learning and practicising the meditation (which we will go over again at the end) the WAY of the HEART is a process leading to a way of being in the heart at all times. When you sit in quietness and do the LOVE MEDITATION every morning when you get up even if you only have 5 minutes, this becomes a habit that then becomes a part of your life. You will find that not only do you feel better about yourself, your life and your work, you also feel better about the people around you, your work colleagues, your neigjhbours and randon people you meet. The saying "It's like looking through rose tinted spectacles is actually true. As you call in the LOVE ENERGY everyday and as you say the words

"I AM a being of the pink green hue,
I AM the LOVE that enfolds you"

you can visualise this pink green energy wrapping itself around you and your aura literally becomes pink with sparkly green hues. You then start to feel more compassionate, more loving, and more kind to yourself as well as all those around you. Your perceptions change and your issues, problems, worries melt away and are solved in miraculous ways. Just trust that this is so. Whenever you sit in meditation with the LOVE ENERGY from the HEART and you can't stop a worry or a problem coming into your mind, just imagine this problem or worry wrapped in LOVE. Visualise it being enfolded with the pink green majenta rays and imagine it being solved in miraculous ways. Do as much as you can to face it, solve it, then stop worrying and let it go. Forget about it and let the LOVE ENERGY do it's work. You will be amazed at what happens. Just trust in the process. The more you do this the more it can help you navigate the pitfalls of everyday life and be in the flow. Everything you need, want, or desire is possible now.

As the energy changes on earth, so too must you change. This is being felt by many who are feeling the tensions, the anxiety, the pressure inside. The LOVE ENERGY can help you move through these changes more quickly and easier than you can imagine. Along with the Violet Flame of transmutation - a pure cleansing energy, the pink green hue has been given at this time to help mankind. Let it flow into your heart now to help with the Shift of Ages, with the transformation many of you are making. Know and believe in that LOVE, that ONENESS, that connection to Source, Creator, God/Goddess. We are all ONE, we are connected, we are LOVE, yet we are individuals.

We are at a crossroads and have a choice to make. Do you want to stay as you are or do you want to be able to manifest your greatest dreams, wishes and desires. Do you want to see a world of lack, poverty, wars, crime, hate and violence or do you want to see a world of LOVE, abundance, peace, creativity and happiness where all work and live in harmony together with each other and Mother Earth. It is your choice now. You choose. If you do nothing but ignore this message, then you are running away from problems by escaping through watching TV, drinking too much alcohol, taking drugs, gambling, comfort eating then that is your choice. (Doing nothing is a choice). Your world will stay as it is - in chaos and in war. If you consciously choose a better world for all to live in then the PATH of LOVE, the WAY of the HEART and the ONENESS PROJECT can help you get there.

LOVE MEDITATION

Sit quietly in a chair, back straight and breathe in deeply to your abdomen at least 3 times. Visualise roots going down from your feet into the core of the earth. Then visualise a cord of white light going from the top of your head up to Source. Do this a few more times while breathing deeply still. Now bring your concentration down to your heart centre and focus there for a while. Call my name - Lady Venus - to help with this process and say the words

I AM a being of the pink geen hue
I AM the LOVE that enfolds you.

Call on the LOVE ENERGY to come through your heart and wrap itself around you. Gradually you may see or feel a warm pink green translucent hue with crystaline sparkly bits coming from your heart and wrapping itself around you. This affects your physical body, all your cells and organs and your auric body. If a situation, a person, or a problem comes into your mind at this time just ask that the LOVE energy wrap itself around this problem and watch while this problem is sorted out in an ideal way whether you envisaged it or not. Do this for all problems, worries, relationship issues or health worries. Your world will change eventually beyond recognition.

When you feel down, depressed, lonely, frustrated, anxious, worried, sad or unhappy for whatever reason, don't forget to call my name, Lady Venus, and sit quietly praying for the LOVE energy to come though your heart and wrap you up in its warm embrace. This is the time you need the LOVE energy, the feeling of ONENESS more than ever. Go into the stillness and down to the heart. Perceive a pink green hue, translucent and pearlescent in nature emanating from your heart centre and wrapping itself in a spiral around your body, filling your cells and permeating your body and auric field. Feel that sadness & depression lifting as you move into the heart and feel the pink green love energy radiate around you. Begin to be aware of your energy and your feelings lifting, starting to feel happier, more connected, and peaceful. See that sadness and depression, that anxiety, floating away in a pink cloud and feel your mood, soaring, being uplifted and becoming blissful. You couldn't, before, imagine such a change in your feelings so quickly. Now you have a tool to lift you to a better place, out of the darkness that you have sat in for so long. No more need to be in that unhappy state. Just sit in the LOVE energy. Know that this is your way of connecting through the heart to GOD/GODDESS, the ONENESS, Source, Creator, I AM, Christ, Buddha whatever your belief system. Know that connecting to the LOVE energy can heal all and all is possible.

Let you vision now see a whole new world at peace, in abundance and happy, in love with their lives, in love with their partners, children, parents, family and friends. Let this LOVE energy, this feeling of peace, bliss and ONENESS enfold you at all times so that it can radiate out to the world.

Remember this is a simple exercise/meditation. Sit quietly, take some deep breaths, go into the stillness, let your thoughts float away, watch them go, and take your concentration and focus down to your heart, call my name - Lady Venus and say the words:-

I AM the LOVE that enfolds you.

and let the LOVE that you feel at the heart start pouring out enfolding you and your whole being with that blissful feeling of LOVE. Imagine a time when you first fell in LOVE and multiply that feeling a thousand times. This is what it can be like. If you have an intention of healing yourself and healing your world around you then this LOVE ENERGY will have a life of its own and go where you need it to go. It will heal all situations and relationships in your life that you wish to be healed and when you put your intention to the wider world it is so.

Let your heart be filled with LOVE for all the people you meet, you see, you speak to, you think of including the people in the news, the papers, on TV. Let this LOVE enfold all confrontational, upsetting situations, all wars, all problems, with your intention and know that the LOVE ENERGY is doing its work. The more people who do this work now, the quicker and easier people will feel in their bodies and the world situations will be.

Once upon a time there was a "normal" human being living in a land of make believe. This human being was called Michael and he was living a normal human life as he thought. What he didn't realise was that he could have a magical life, where he was energised to such an extent that he could change his surroundings just by his thoughts. Lo and behold he started to realise that things were happening around him synchronistically as he thought it. Magically things appeared as he'd wished it. His life took on new meaning and he had a new glow about him. He felt enchanted as if he could do anything and have anything he wanted. He was so happy. How did he do it? He began to realise what he felt in his heart and when this all changed for him.

He'd been feeling so depressed and lonely for so long and had an ache in his heart. His girlfriend had left him, his work was dull and boring, his social life was non-existant and he was so very sad and unhappy that life didn't seem worth living anymore. How many hours had he sat there sitting in the dark contemplating ending it all? Eventually he had given up trying and even though he didn't believe he said "if you're there, help me God, I don't know what to do." God answered and said "follow me back to yourself." Come and see who you really are - Your home. And God showed him his true self in his heart and this was mirrored in God's eyes - his own eyes looking back at him in the mirror. He could see so much light and compassion and love in those eyes looking back at him that his heart became full. He could feel again that LOVE ENERGY within him, deep within his own heart, coming though him, surrounding him, enveloping him, embracing him in the warmth, the LOVE, the blissful feelings of connectedness to the ONE, the only true source. How long had he been without it? He felt as though he'd come home at last, the home where everything is possible, everything is peaceful and blissful, where he can create his true landscape around him as he wants it.

His life took off for the better after this experience and he never looked back. He kept connected to that LOVE ENERGY in his HEART and this compassionate, kind, fluid, powerful yet gentle loving energy guided his life from then on. How blessed he felt. How deeply connected he felt to all around him and all his friends and family in an ever increasing circle. He started work on something that made his heart sing and that he felt so passionate about and success and abundance flowed in with it. Through this he met his true love life partner and his home life and social life really took off. Wow, he'd never been so happy. How did he get to feel like this? How did he deserve it? What a difference just surrendering and praying to God for help, then seeing what was at the core of his heart , his soul, had made. Such a wonderful LOVE ENERGY, so gentle yet so powerful. It was truly magical. He was connected to the ONE and would never be disconnected again.

This is the story of one man who lived on earth and metamorphasised into a truly magical being because of his HEART, because of the LOVE that flowed through him from the ONENESS, SOURCE, CREATOR, GOD/GODDESS, DIVINE FEMININE/MASCULINE, GALACTIC CENTRE. He had ascended to a new 5th dimensional level where he was co-creator with the ONENESS.

You too can have this life if you connect to the heart, the bridge between matter and spirit, earth and sky, physical and spiritual and bring though this love energy. (See yesterday's post - The MIRACLE of the HEART for how to do this.)

I am here to inform you that whatever you do when you invoke the LOVE ENERGY, THE WAY OF THE HEART, you will be free.; free from all desires, from all wants, all needs. You will find they materialise in front of you as you think them and there is no need to worry. It is as if all your needs, wants and desires are understood at a Universal level and your wishes are granted. That is if they are in alignment with your path. If not whatever is in alignment will be far more satisfying than you could ever visualise and what is for the highest good for your situation.

These words hold a vibration that is radiant, that is awakening, that embraces ALL THAT IS, THE ONENESS. Let the LOVE energy enfold you, call it in anytime. Ask to be surrounded by the LOVE ENERGY, THE ONENESS when any situation or relationship is challenging or confronational or brings about fear, guilt, anger, shame, grief, hurt or you feel overwhelmed by life in general, work or ill health.

Take a moment to still the mind, to breathe deeply, to focus on the HEART and call my name LADY VENUS to help. Feel the LOVE ENERGY come though the HEART and envelope you in it's warm embrace and enfold you in happiness and bring you into peace of mind. Ask that this LOVE ENERGY wrap itself around your situation or relationship, whatever it is that is affecting you or triggering your negative feelings or issues and let it do it's work. The LOVE ENERGY and THE WAY OF THE HEART can heal all, can bring you into a higher vibrational state that can help you to realise all is possible, see the challenge as an opportunity, change the attitude to the person or situation and come through the other side to a win/win situation. Take the time to sit in this LOVE ENERGY and see the miracles start to happen, for them to flow into your life in a synchronistic way. Find the time as often as possible in your busy day, even if it is only 5 minutes to be in this LOVE ENERGY at the HEART. It will truly heal, inspire and make whole your life and the people around you.
